Conditions relating to agreements concluded within the World Trade Organisation
For the purposes of the award of contracts by contracting authorities, Member States shall apply in their relations conditions as favourable as those which they grant to economic operators of third countries in implementation of the Agreement on Government Procurement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"), concluded in the framework of the Uruguay Round multilateral negotiations. FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 28
For the purposes of the award of public contracts by the contracting authorities referred to in Annex I, and, to the extent that rectifications, modifications or amendments have been made thereto, by their successor authorities, Member States shall apply in their relations conditions as favourable as those which they grant to third countries in implementation of the GATT Agreement, in particular those in Articles V and VI of that Agreement, on the restricted procedure, information and review. 7. The following Article shall be inserted:

For the purposes of the award of public contracts by contracting authorities, Member States shall apply in their relations conditions as favourable as those which they grant to third countries in implementation of the Agreement on government procurement, concluded in the framework of the Uruguay Round multilatertal negotiations (*), hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement". Member States shall to this end consult each other within the Advisory Committee for Public Contracts on the measures to be taken pursuant to the Agreement.
