| | Objective This project is concerned with Nordic enforcement of public procurement law. The research is based on a cross temporal and cross sectional matrix of EU procurement law, to which case law from the countries concerned and the European Court of Justice is attached.
The concept Nordic is taken to cover the traditional Nordic countries, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, which together constitute Scandinavia, and Iceland and Finland. However, in a second stage it is the intention also to cover the three new Nordic countries, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, which together constitute the Baltic states.
From a practical point of view, the majority of practice come from the three Scandinavian countries, with a more limited contribution from the other countries concerned. |
