|This project is concerned with Nordic enforcement of public procurement law. The research is based on a cross temporal and cross sectional matrix of EU procurement law, to which case law from the countries concerned and the European Court of Justice is attached.|
The concept Nordic is taken to cover the traditional Nordic countries, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, which together constitute Scandinavia, and Iceland and Finland. However, in a second stage it is the intention also to cover the three new Nordic countries, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, which together constitute the Baltic states.
From a practical point of view, the majority of practice come from the three Scandinavian countries, with a more limited contribution from the other countries concerned.
